Shipping Policy

All orders are processed on the same day they are placed on our website. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Once your order has been confirmed, processing typically takes 1–6 business days before shipment.

Shipping Times
Estimated delivery times:

  • Standard delivery: 7–12 business days (depending on demand)

  • During peak periods (e.g. Black Friday, holidays): up to 2–3 weeks

Please note that delays may occur due to high demand, logistics, or customs processing.

Shipping Details
All orders are shipped with tracking and insurance to ensure safe delivery. You will receive tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

We ship internationally from our central warehouse in Asia.

Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout.

  • Address changes are only possible before the order has been shipped

  • If an incorrect address is provided and the package cannot be delivered, no refund will be issued

  • Reshipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer

Failed Delivery / Unclaimed Packages
If delivery cannot be completed and the package is held at a local facility:

  • The customer will be notified by the carrier

  • If the package is not collected within 15 days, it may be returned or lost

  • In such cases, no refund will be issued

Once an order has been shipped, we are unable to change the delivery address, as shipments are handled by third-party carriers.

Delays & Responsibility
Norra Mode is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Customs clearance

  • Carrier delays

  • External logistics issues

Customs & Import Fees
All international shipments may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees.

These charges are the responsibility of the customer. Norra Mode is not liable for any additional charges applied by customs.

Returns & Shipping Costs
Any returns, regardless of the reason, are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Lost or Undelivered Orders
